I am Dr. Peter D. Freeman (Ed.D., MBA, MSW), principal of Integral Organization Consulting, LLC. I provide or coordinate executive and organization consulting, coaching, training and facilitation.
You are an individual executive or leader who seeks to further develop core competencies to increase your capacities for leadership and maximize personal and professional results. You are also executive and work teams who want to more effectively collaborate for success with richer, more significant results.
We, together, collaborate to identify your change and development goals, craft a development plan, and evaluate progress toward the objectives over time. The expert model, where the consultant "does" for the client, like the all-knowing physician, has minimal success, especially since you don't develop your capacities to manage similar future challenges. My input as a consultant and advisor is designed to help you develop and marshall your potentials to add value in your personal and professional lives.

My mission through Integral Organization Consulting is to use business, counseling, and organization learning and development experience to help leaders and teams develop and leverage personal and organizational strengths and complexity to achieve desired results. I am particularly interested in helping leaders and teams develop and thrive.
My vision is to be seen by clients and referral sources as being continuously and substantively honest, authentic, insightful, committed and effective in service to client goals: a trusted advisor. Expertise, reliability, and integrity are the bedrock to providing committed client-centered consulting, coaching and facilitation services.
Experience
I have twenty years experience working with people and organizations.
As a clinical social worker for eight years, I provided psychotherapy to adult individuals, couples, families and groups. My focus was on increasing flexible adaptation to changing personal and environmental conditions. I am a qualified mediator.
I was a professor and administrator in the master of social work program for the St. Catherine University and University of St. Thomas–School of Social Work in St. Paul, MN for eleven years. My academic focus was organization and program development and management, organization policy development and implementation, supervision and team development, and employee capacity building. As an administrator, I developed and managed a highly successful weekend masters degree program for seasoned professionals.
Education
Education and perspective: My educational background combines well for service to organizations, leaders and teams: master of business administration (MBA), master of social work (MSSW), and doctor of education in organization development (Ed.D). The whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
